Move my Toon from One of my LoginServer IDs to my Other LoginServer ID

Rogean made it clear in this thread that he has no problem moving a character from one LoginServer ID to another.

I've been trying to get this done for months but I can't get Rogean to do it. In fact, I can't get ahold of him at all. I've used every communication method I can think of and have never heard from him.

I hope my tone is not coming off as harsh. That's not what I'm feeling. I'm feeling frustrated because Rogean makes it sound like such an easy request but getting him to do it is impossible.

You are aware that the linked thread is from 2009? Shortly after the P99 launched, when the population and number of accounts was much, much less.

Opening character transfers from one account to another at this point would cause untold numbers of petitions taking time away from already taxed GMs and server admins.

I made all my characters on the same account, before I realized that was a bad idea, with all the free accounts you could want here.

One character per account sure makes it easier to sell them. Or for my girlfriend/wife/roommate to play with me ;)

not to mention that post was from when the server was about a month or two old, averaging around 100 people primetime, opening up the policy of character transfers to other accounts just so you can log them both in/sell one of your characters since you screwed up and put them both on the same account really doesnt seem likely

Your analysis might be correct but since you are not Rogean, it's all just conjecture. Whereas I have proof that its been approved by Rogean in the past and there is no proof of a policy change.

Put a petition in, give char names, account names, and when you'll be online so a GM can contact you to verify authenticity of the transfer.

So you post in General Chat for server... People from the General Population answer your question to the best of their ability... you refuse to accept their answer based on them "not knowing Rogean's mind" ...o,O

I understand your frustration, but remember... nobody owe's you any favors here. Maybe he's busy, missed it, forgetful, who knows... but i would be willing to bet he would have been more favorable toward a little friendly persistence vs. public broadcast QQ ..... just sayin...

I've used friendly persistence for months. My intent is to get to speak with Rogean about this. The "Friendly Persistent" route does not seem to be getting there. However I do have proof that somebody posted in this very forum regarding the same topic and got a response from him. I am just taking the path that has shown some signs of success in the past.
