Iksar guards run way too fast

Iksar guards are keeping up with me STRAFING while I have jboots clicky on... the ones just outside of cabilis in LIOI, haven't seen any other guards run this fast and not sure what mobs would be there to sow them. In any case dont think that a sow'd mob would outrun a strafing j-booter.

Perhaps there is a Shaman NPC that casted SoW on them? I had the unfortunately event recently of pulling the Halfling guards to quad them, only to find out Ella Foodcrafter had given them all SoW. I learned out the hard way.

I remember iksar guards being super fast. You mess with the best, taste the scales like the rest
