Getting Started thread explicitly states Titanium is required.

In order to play on Project 1999 you must obtain a copy of Everquest: Titanium Edition.

dude i just paid $30 for a mint copy of my fav nes game river city ransom..

also just paid $88 for a "new" 2007 outlook with bcm because micrsoft jerkoffs stopped including bcm in outlook 2010 unless under volume licensing so they can charge ppl up the wazoo for their cloud crm

..someone will buy that box and it will be on 2045 antiques road show for stupid 100k

That's funny, because EXIF data says this was taken on 9/17/2012 by an HTC Status - a phone model released in 2011.

So either your paint skills need brushing up, or there's a Half Price Books somewhere that's stuck in a time rift.
