Zoning with Rabies

The timer for the Rabies debuff spell changes when you leave a zone. When I was in Befallen, the Rabies spell was below 60 min. When I zone out to WC, it reports over 200 minutes left.

I realize that rabies lasts quite a long time, but why the timer change?

Try zoning with a damage shield on instead of rabies. It'll work out better for you ;)
