I've been doing Janam and Rebby quests for faction a lot on my DE Necro over the past few weeks, and it looks like the freeport militia faction isn't going up even though the message says it increases. I've counted and marked every run, after 15 runs of both quests the guards went from dubious to apprehensive. I've done another 110 runs of both quests and the guards are still apprehensive!
Janam, Rebby, Harkin Duskfoot, Beur Tenlah, Nestral TGaza and others have all gone up from their starting point of dubious to warmly. Brunar Rankin has gone from Threateningly (someone attacked me first run and I think it was him) to kindly. But the east and west freeport guards on freeport militia faction have only gone up from starting at dubious to apprehensive. Shouldn't they also be warmly or kindly by now? I've never done anything to wreck their faction.
