can not set abilities

I installed titanium on my other PC and can not set abilities or combat skills. when I click on one of the buttons the window to select what ability to set does not come up. I have tried velious, default, and default old GUI. I also tried to copy the config from my laptop e.g. ability 1=9 for bind wound, and it makes my client crash when i zone into the game. this system is AMD anthlon II with ATI raedon 5500 HD.

when I was editing the config i left in the "-" from -1 so at least i can manually set the abilities. I would still like to know why the window will not come up to set them in game if anyone has a guess.

I take it its ok on your first PC? It's sometimes lame advice but have you tried a fresh install?

yeah the other one works fine. reinstalling is probably a good idea, will try it later. thanks.
