Hangnail not dropping loot.

I'm not sure if I'm unlucky, but he isn't dropping ES Hands/Arms anymore.

Wiki has him listed of dropping both, I've witnessed him dropping both when kunark was released, now he isn't dropping anything within like 20-30 or so kills personally.

We've looted empty hangnail corpses about 30x now bro.

Edit: atleast 4 in the past 2 days, empty..just with coin...should be dropping ES arms or Gloves every time, I thought?

Quickly browsing the comments, we see multiple people observing Hangnail dropping nothing occasionally.

This seems consistent with my memories of Karnor from Live. Weren't some of the named mobs there especially stingy? I remember killing the drolvarg captain at least 40 times and he dropped the mantle every single time.
