Unable to add a second chat window on 1 caracter

On one carac, I can't add another chat window...
Don t have the right click menu.
On other carac, all is perfect (3 chat windows).

if anyone got an idea to soluce it, thank you in advance :)

Try making a copy of the character's UI which does work, then renaming it to the character's name which doesn't. (Or copy / paste the good UI over the bad).
