Buff Tooltips

When you right-click and hold on an applied buff, is there supposed to be "buff info" or should the window just be blank?

Mine have always been blank.

Can anyone test this and post here?

They were always blank during classic/Kunark at least as far as I recall. There's not too many out there that'll leave you scratching your head as to what they are :p
