Memory Error

Everything works fine up until I just get to the character selection page, then i get this error, "Everquest Windows - Application Error" "The instruction at 0x02961.c6b referenced memory at 0x0000018. The memory could not be read" Any ideas??

you get this fixed? Is this after the latest patch? I was having this issue after the patch. I followed the directions here:

and it loaded fine.
