The spell *NEVER* landed in PvP in Classic and is *COMPLETELY* retarded and game breaking. Maybe it did for a month or two EARLY into the game. Even still it had an embarassingly low resist rate against an even con.

This spell NEEDS to be nerfed into oblivion. One of the many, many, many things that discourages someone playing a melee. Not being able to find a group is one thing... but someone being chain whirled here is just going to be a major turn off.
