thinking about coming back but i need my corpse summoned

zarah i tryed that i sat there day after day for hours out of time and no respons im tired of sitting there corpses cant realy do enything without it so i get bored just sitting around waiting if a gm tells me hey i can do it for you today afternoon or tonight ill be there waiting np if i cant get response from a gm then im not going to log on i sat around wasted so much of my time for nothing already

Meh, I petitioned and they restored my toon in like 2 days-- didnt even summon the corpse just had my gear on it when i logged back on :x

try submitting a petition on the petition forum as well if you have not already. It can take a some days but usually they get to you

My past experiences regarding in game petitions is that a GM needs to be online to respond.... Which has in the past ment long wait times, do I need to sit online afk 24/7 to catch someone on?

Depends on the petition, since they prefer to summon your corpse out where you are which they can't determine if you're offline. Nor do they really have a way of leaving you a message to tell you where your corpse is if they do summon it.

This is all changing soon starting with my revamp to the tools the staff have available to them, including an overhaul of the petition system, and completely new website tools for handling petitions (game and forum will be combined into one system) and will be able to do things like, for example, summoning a corpse to an offline char's current position, and closing the petition with a message they will receive upon logging in OR by looking at their petition on the website.

do u have an eta for this so I can know when my corpse is summonable? I mean they can always PM me in forum, my game name is Rettiwalk and Ill read forum PM saying that my corpse is in west commons or whereever they put it...

you dont have to be online for corpse restores.

in some rare cases maybe.

but generally u wont have to be, as long as your petition includes the required information (like char name that needs the corpse)
