LoY era item dropping

Tonight I looted a Cursed Clover of Viesar (http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_item.php?item=6232) from a cacti in The Overthere, which appears to be an LoY era item I think. Definitely not classic.

A couple minutes' research shows that it was definitely in game in Velious era.
