The Cleric level 54 spell Unswerving Hammer of Faith currently has the incorrect mana requirement.
The current mana cost is 175, the correct mana cost for the present era is 600. Based on the patch messages below, the recast and cast times are likely needing attention as well.

- Unswerving Hammer of Faith has casting time reduced from 6 to 2.5
seconds, recast increased from 2.5 to 60 seconds and mana cost lowered
from 600 to 250.
Which is still more than the 175 mana it is currently costed.
The change to 175 mana cost did not occur until 2003 in the following patch:
