Can anyone confirm if the 7th and 8th caps are currently obtainable on p99? I heard they might not be active - i don't seem to have the faction to start the 7th cap so am wondering if that might be why...

Note sure about #7, but #8 is not currently implemented.

7 Is implemented, Chief does not drop the hair for the 8th so the quest is currently "broken".

If I recall correctly it was the other way around on live, 7th was bugged for the longest time, don't have time/will to research it right now so I'm going from memory.

And yes, you need to faction up some to get 7th, it was designed with Iksars leveling up to 40 in Kunark in mind, so you'd have encountered enough outcasts to be of the correct faction, but here most iksars jet for greener pastures right off the bat and dont come back till OT/KC levels.

Thanks... I'll spend some more time slaughtering the cave to raise my brood faction enough to get the 7th.

I am a Gnome Necromance and I just finished the seventh skullcap quest last week. You have to have warmly faction to complete it as the quest giver will not give you the quest text if you are kindly. I am hoping that the eight and nine quests are implemented with velious as I believe that is when they were implemented/fixed on live.
