Low Medium and High Quality Lion Skins do not seem to work for the unfired lined poison vial combine. I don't know if it was available from classic or if it was added after a certain point. But I do know the combine works on EQlive and EQtraders lists them as usable for all the poison vials that require quality hides. Thanks!
