When confronted he even admitted it and gave away his gear and said he was quitting the server.

There was no guide to report it to btw, or to report the insane amount of training that's been happening either.

It's not an automatic ban if you're flagged as using MQ/showeq, they have to check and they do the bans in waves. So just because someone admits to using MQ and isn't banned yet, that doesn't mean the system doesn't work.
