Stuck in lava storm!! Help!

Hey anyone else having this issue in lava storm... i am stuck floating in the sky... installed on 3 different pcs and all look like this.... my loc is -2568, -12... can a gm reset my position?

I had a similiar problem last week. I went back into my eq game files and had to re-remove the "lavastorm.emt" and "lavastorm.eqg" files. This solved my problem, not sure if its the issue you are having.

no dice deleted the files still floating..... and the loc is 2680, -12 that isnt on any map so its clearly a glitched loc

try running eq the eq emu launcher

open your eq file.

look for nektulos.eqg and delete it

still no dice... so my location is no where on the map...... i don't think its a issue with the texture files... i think somehow i am in an invalid location.. hence my need for a gm to move me... perhaps to the zone line?

The lavastorm and nektulous eqg files need to be moved.

The odd thing is I used the auto patcher and it was working the day prior ..... Then I logged yesterday and was in a zone the didn't even look like lava but said it was ... Tried 2 other boxes all patched with auto patcher and they all have the issue

Hahaha yeah I have quite a few pcs and u don't need much to run eq .... I'm pissed cause finally have a toon I get twink gear down and he's stuck !!! Gaaaaaaaaaa !!! Can I message a gm directly ? Can they assist ?

I had to refresh install and this fixed my issues.. search function is sweet on forums
