You'd imagine, being the level 60 discipline, it would be greater than the rest.

Currently, these two disciplines are fucking jokes. Perhaps worth a second look?

I think these are the Velious changes. There's not much empirical data about the Kunark era Monk disciplines, which is why the developers can't really adjust anything (without actually seeing a monk log during 2000-2001).

In addition, Thunderkick timer is a joke. On Live, monks got at least 3x Crit Kicks off before the discipline finished.

Thunderkick was changed to a timer some time in planes of power. Originally it was your next kick did a lot of dmg and it only worked for 1 kick. The highest thunderkick i remember seeing was 350. I used to have a screenshot of it but its long gone. =\
