Multiple Accounts, 1 location, couldn't find where to post this

I have a friend coming over and we wanted to LAN and do some good ol fashion EQing (we haven't played since about 2002.) But I read in the setup guide that this was not allowed because of multi-boxing. However I was told this restriction could be lifted if we had two users at a single location. Please let me know what steps I need to take, thanks guys!

Go to the Petitions/Exploits forums and post a request for an IP exemption, following these guidelines:


IP Exemption: This is for requesting to be exempt from the limit of 1 connection per IP Address. You may request exemption if you have more than 1 real person playing from the same IP. When posting for this, please include the account names of every person that will be playing from the same IP.

Make sure to include the "IP Exemption" prefix when posting.

It can sometimes take a while to get exempted but apparently the wait times have been reduced recently.
