Mystic Cloak

Not a big deal, but I finished the Mystic Cloak quest last night and the reward had 1 charge. I don't have any '99 era links but I recalled the cloak having 10 charges originally. Thought it was worth letting you guys know.

I think this might be a larger bug. I did a quest last night that was supposed to have 2 charges on it, but it only had one. My friend did the Raincaller quest and it only came with 1 charge.

Got an Ivandyr's Hoop a couple of days ago and it also had 1 charge when it should have had 6.

This is something new, because the Mystic Cloak I got about a month ago had 10 charges.

I don't know if that helps to find the bug, but there it is, anyway :p

There was an issue with a few of the quest-rewarded charged items where the user might receive an item lacking its full charges.

Thankfully, there's not many of them. This should be corrected next patch.

If you have quested for an item this week with incorrect charges, you may petition to have one with full charges reimbursed providing that the logs indicate you completed the quest.

this is also not just quest items, but recipe items as well, while leveling tinkering, my aqualung were only being made with 1 charge on them. but if i linked the item it showed 20 on it,but still only had 1 charge on it. weird but letting you know about it

Word, my Stalking Probes all have 1 charge on them :(
