Toons Appear Naked in Character Select Screan

however in game they are geared. This just started happening for all my characters today. It was fine this morning, but after work it was buggy. still happening now. Thanks

Toons appear nekkid on char select, but gear is there in game. Also just started today.

Same exact problem here, all my characters at character select screen appear gear-less, but when I log in everything is all there. Ha, just kind of scary when you first log in. Also, I hear no music at all.. no cool classic combat music, no awesome boat riding music, no music at all =( Sounds are working fine though, still hear the hack and slash, bone crunching hits, foot steps, orc grunts and other monster sounds but no music. I have tried reinstalling it didn't fix it =( This started to happen around that June 15th patch, I think that's what that patch was, yeah, not too long ago. But at least the sound is still there.

My existing characters are naked as well. There is something else I've noticed.. when you make a new character, they start with no food or drink, weapon... nothing!

This! Maybe not 30 mins but first thing I did when logging in is look down to see if a corpse was at my feet in pot room thinking Fayd had killed me on the previous night's LD on zonein to the pot room... went to third person and whew!
