Antonica to Faydwer boats

Not sure if this has been mentioned recently but have the boats stopped showing up?

I have been trying to get to Ocean of Tears but have no way as I can't get a boat in Freeport or BB

I'm on the boat from BB to FP as I write this.

It takes a while for the boat to get there, just be patient.
