3D Device not found.

Okay, I installed EQ and everything onto the computer, and got an error saying "3D device not found" when I try to play. I updated video card drivers, and have DirectX10 on the computer. Anyone know why it is saying this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to install Directx 9.0c as Everquest is missing one of the .dll files (dx_30.dll iirc). Directx link (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=0cef8180-e94a-4f56-b157-5ab8109cb4f5).

What videocard have you got? Have you tried and click options in the everquest menu?
