Is Apply Poison borked on blue too?

Since patch I haven't been able to apply poison on red.

Is this problem on blue as well? Didn't see any new bug reports on it.

Anyone else encountering this issue:

Just right click the poison in your inventory.

It should require you to hold your primary weapon on your cursor when you click the poison, but that is not working at the moment.
