Question about missing character

Hi,

I would like to address an issue, my friend and I came back to this game / server recently and he is using his old account. Thing is, he had a Paladin and a druid on that account. But since we came back, his pal and druid were not in the character selection screen. Is there a way you guys can check this out ? I'm the one posting on the forum since he is not that good in english lol..

if you want them to even try to look into this, you will probably have to tell them the account login name and the names of the toons that are missing. also what levels were they? the staff has removed some low level toons that were inactive so the name could be used elsewhere, so i've heard

ok, just waiting on a GN or something so i can E-mail / PM them the account with the name of the toon.
