Flaky Forges

In Halas, attempted combine of Enchanted Metal Rings, got the "cannot combine in this container". Removed mats, closed Forge, opened Forge, put mats back in, combine worked fine.

In North Freeport, had same result when attempting to make Metal Rings, using two different Forges, removing mats and opening/closing Forge failed to help, reordering mats failed to help (just three items, flask of water, large brick of ore, file, ... hard to screw up )... Finally went to East Freeport and tried forge there, worked without issue.


This unpredictable behavior seems highly bizarre to me.

Had this happen again tonight, making Metal Rings this time (rather than Enchanted Metal Rings recipe it happened with last time) (recipe = Large Brick of Ore + File + Flask of Water).

In North Freeport, at forge outside Groflah's:
1) Made 15x Metal Rings
2) Made 14x Chain Jointing from the rings (1 fail)
3) *** could not make additional metal rings at either the forge outside Groflah's or the forge in the market square are in North Freeport
4) was successful in making the rings at forge outside Ikthar's in East Freeport

This seems more than a little bizarre to me.
