To update spell files, which folder?

Title. Which thread to i extract the files from the EQchangesV23 patch into to get the most up to date spells. I've done this it seems 30 times before, but I've forgotten which folder it was.

The base EQ directory. The name and locations differs depending on where you installed it. Likely it's called "Everquest" unless you changed it.
