I can't find any other posts/patch notes about this, so i'm posting it here. I just tried to charm the Bzzazzt's in sky, and Allure did not work on them. I personally checked them using a lvl 52 toon, and they were Dark Blue, implying that they are at best level 51 mobs. From that they should be Allure charm-able. Since they aren't bosses, I wouldn't expect them to be immune to charm. Most guides I've found on Sky suggest they are level 50 mobs and talk about charming them as a strategy for clearing sky. The oldest guide I have found dates to 2001, so I can't say it definitely applies to p99, but maybe someone else can shed some light on this being classic or not. Thanks.
