Sebilite Pox

I'm sure this has been brought to your attention but, the spell Sebilite Pox, combat proc on Feverblade - Bane of the Shissar, does it's direct damage when proc'd and the spell effect lands on the target but does not do it's damage over time effect at all before wearing off.
