goblin wizards in Permafrost

Apparently only one wizzy spawns in the entire zone, at archeologist area, over the bridge away from arch (spawns at a corridor along with a medicant). Have helped a few shammys get their snowballs and seen some wizzys here hunting ice hearts.. So this mob drops 2 quests pieces, both rarely from it, but there's exacatly one wizzy in the zone. Have cleared alot of places and haven't seen any others pop anywhere.

Normally I wouldn't believe this.... but with Brut on the case....

I can imagine him going through each spwn cycle ten times before moving on to the next goblin in the zone before posting this. ;)

The Arch room is the best bet. It is a wizard at that spawn spot 100% of the time. Everywhere else seems to be a very low spawn rate.

I indeed did kill about 3 of them in the jail area clearing it out over a 4-5 hour period trying to get the other quest item from him so they do spawn in other spawns. The rate just probably needs increased.

I need to do an entire overhaul of permafrost, as i've noticed there are a couple of named spawns missing and in the wrong place. I hope to get to it soon. Its on my to do list :)

-goblin wizards will now spawn in many more locations
-heart of frost has a higher % chance to drop
