Perma-Bans are hurting server population?

I personally voted punishment should fit the crime. Because I think all players should play even douchebags that everyone hates. as long as there is a competent GM staff, they can measure out the punishments, but keep players in line to learn that they will not get away with cheating. But deleting their accounts and permanently destroying their investment in the server is harsh. They quit, their friends will quit too.

I tend to be a somewhat forgiving person, people do make mistakes. But if people are actually hacking, shouldn't the punishment be at least the same as the far more forgiveable crime of 2 boxing?

Any kind of hacking, perma ban.

Most exploits permaban. (dupe, etc) (pathing etc.. dependent on how much advantage was gained over what period of time)

Training should have a suspension unless its truely repetative.

Rmt, anything caught should just be instantly deleted, and anything that can be found attatched to that player, multiple accounts etc. This goes for duping as well.
