It's a bug. Fixed pending update....in like 2-3 months :p

It's so insanely bad and broken that I actually am quitting playing until this is fixed.

I played for 2 hours tonight and got ONE skill-up.

Are weapon skill ups confirmed broken? They are going up insanely slow...

Weapon skill, instruments, defense skill; this issue is rather crippling to non-maxed characters. This is doubly bad given the current population concerns. I hope a fix is forthcoming soon as it's already been busted for almost a month. On a level 20 test character, I had a level 16 mob hitting it for 15 minutes straight without a single defense skill-up at 100 agility (defense 97). This is the sort of glitch that can and will strangle what remains of the low-mid level playerbase.

Yea, it took forever to get my 2hb up. Its not close to maxed, but its decent.
