bonuses:

you groupin with the motherfuckin pvp champ, no chance of dying in pvp ever
will lay hands you if shit goes down, no chance of dying in pve ever
ghoulbane is a-ok at slayin undeads

not bonuses:

-50% xp penalty is prty brutal
pvp champ might just turn around and slay your ass if you ain't killin mobs at a satisfactory rate
pvp champ might just slay you if you aint a pvp champ dwarf
pvp champ might just start slayin random folk around you causing ur faction to be lowered with other folk of the server
