Hotbar Issues?

I haven't played 1999 in 2 years and decided to reinstall Titanium so I could get back into it today and it's been great except for one problem--I can't change my hotbar. It's pre-set with melee in one, blank in two, spells 1, 2, and 3 in three, four and five, et cetera. That's normal--however I can't modify the hotbar. I can't get rid of the pre-set stuff or drag and drop other buttons/customs buttons onto my hotbar.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Not sure why it's doing that.

You could try reinstalling the UI in game. (ctrl+w to bring up the Options window, and the UI install button should be on the first tab).

Or you can try installing this and running it using Option #2: Duxa's (http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=28335&highlight=installer).

EDIT: Still broken, but thought I'd try something. Went into EQ directory and opened my character's file to see if I could manually change the hotbar. Sad thing is I don't know the codes for the things that I want so I can't do anything. Here is what they're automatically set to:

The issue really is it won't let me drag things--to specify. I can still click the buttons that are already in place, I simply can't drag them away and I can't drag buttons from my action bar over.

It seems like no one has ever had this issue ever in all my research. I did do a reinstall of Titanium and that didn't fix it. I don't think it's the copy of my game, though. It has to be something else.

Tried to reinstall again and it worked suddenly. So yup. Consider this thread solved.
