blue PL for red

I've entertained the idea that I might have invested too much time in blue and would appreciate a leg up on red. I don't want to soar all the way to 50, but late 20's or early 30's would be nice.

I have a 45 necro on blue and growing, some classes take longer to PL then others.

this is a time for time agreement, no plat involved.
