Since we love classic thought I'd make a gay thread about shit that was cool back when I played classic EQ. Probably until 2001 or '02 I used to watch WCW/WWF every week. I never went to shows or bought the magazines but I did love watching it. I guess just post a pic of some of your fav wrestlers and maybe something about them. Will this thead fail? Probably but anything is better than server dying thread. I'll start.
Since most of you will probably pick some of my favs, Stone Cold, DDP, Bret Hart (WWF era), ect, I'll pick a random one I found really entertaining.

No idea why but I always found this guy hilarious. Some of the things I remember was him trying to put the figure 4 leg lock on people. He would have an instruction manual with him as he tried to put the move on. Of course he never got it right and would get pwned but funny shit. I also remember when him and that german dude Alex Wright were a tag team and called the Dancing Fools (I think.) There was actually a point in time when he started winning but alas he never made it to the main event. Hope at least one person responds to this post :D

I stopped regularly tuning in to wrestling a long time ago but it's always sort of fascinated me in regards to both the lifestyle (which is brutal moreso than any other sport) and the cheesy low-class soap opera storylines.
Also: the crowd interaction. How fun would it be to just think of creative ways to make people hate/boo you?
If you've ever been to a pro wrestling event, you're more of an active participant in the whole thing than just a spectator. A 12 year old Sear can be found in the crowd here, right near Van Damme and Chuck Norris

I was an NWO guy (the original guys + Syxx). I liked Austin - you couldn't live in Texas and not like Austin. Raven and Rob Van Dam in ECW. Sting in WCW.
Shawn Michaels was the best ever. Watch him troll Canada here

I actually thought they might riot and try to kill him

no doubt the best thing about wrestling was the comebacks and pops. i orignally hated stone cold but dude always came out to fuck everything up and the crowd loved it.

Sometime last year I went to one of those "pro" wrestling events at a local VFW just because i've never been and wanted the experience. Was pretty lulzzy and I recommend everyone do it at least once.
They even tried to carry on some of those "soap opera" lines and drama and get the crowd involved.
I think all that may be dieing out though, so go soon before its gone.
