I'm not entirely sure if this is a Spawn Issue or a Pathing Issue, but there seems to be a spot, roughly at neg1060, pos2790, in Firiona Vie. You can't miss it.
There are several, probably a dozen or so, drachnid and other mobs, just sitting in a shallow part of the water, not moving at all, all gathered on top of each other. At first, I thought it was an exploit or something along those lines, but there is no one around and they do not appear to be losing health. They're all just hangin' out, circle jerkin'. They haven't moved for about 15 minutes now.
