Insidious Glamour... is this quest still bugged? Bugged as in the Priest in UGuk doesn't have the rod?

Already had that rod twice a couple of months ago.

This update has fixed it. Got the rod 2 times in 4 priest kills unlike last week in which 15 priest kills resulted in nothing.
