The mobs run at like lightspeed at about 25% its very hard to solo melee

No because undead don't normally run. But most all other mobs are. And when they do the only way for me to slow em down is shoot em with bow then when they slow down a little go melee on em.

K your title threw me off. It sounds like you should reassess where you want to solo as a melee then IMO.

Cause... this is classic as I remember it. THe run speed may not be 100% accurate but they should run away pretty quickly.

The running is in some way not classic. Mobs can be packed pretty close in some dungeons, but pulling back runners should allow you to solo them. They are either running too soon, too fast or possibly both.

mobs should be running full speed at 20-22%, if they are running faster then full speed at first then its a bug, otherwise intended

They seem to be off to the races as early as 25%. Snared greater kobolds were still running at normal speed, despite the snare.
