We're looking for some insights on how to run/plan this. Maybe some GM help?

mid lvl pvp sounds amazing, definitely do 30-40's because thats where the highest mid lvl pvp occurs

I dont get the nihilum hate, every time a lowbie asks for help i do what i can, and no one on this server can say i turned down a rez request if I was able, and i never ask for money. Even rezzed FF guys till xintao attacked me right after while i was lom. Sorry but that bridge is burned.

So basically it willl be 85% of the server showing up = Nihilum.... at higher levels hosting event and out of range healing etc... Then the other 14% will be brotherhood which are the lower levels.... Fighting everyone else fairly.... with larger numbers , out of range healers etc... the 1% will be ridiculed and called cheaters and told they can't handle red pvp... Yes Brillant event... Btw im kidding >< Sorta.....

Form up groups of newbies and mass PL them up to mid-level to enjoy the PvP goodness.

This event should last a month.

I say 1v1 tournament in the Arena. You can control who is allowed in the zone at the zone line.

Level 11-19, 20-29, 30-39 tournaments. Any class, any gear, any strategy, no Nihilum alts allowed. Give out 3 items, making the level 39 winner get the best item.

Perhaps force the players to fight on the square pad, so that it isn't just a big kite fest.
