bard meditate lvl 10 or 12?

I was checking out nilbogs post about how to search for stuff, which led me to a skill chart listing, which showed that bards get meditate at level 10, not 12 like the other hybrids.

it IS from kunark era so there is a chance it was changed after kunark

According to my sources, bards get mediate at level 10, and is skill capped at 1 - meaning it will never go above 1 point. I forget exactly what this does, it might simply allow songs to be scribed faster. However bards never actually get meditate in the sense that their mana goes up faster if they sit down. NOTHING at all ever affects bard mana regeneration, and only one song of theirs ever uses mana.

Flowing Thought items affect bard mana regen. Spells and songs do not.

Could be wrong but weren't there FT items in Velious and before?

Not that it matters here, but it bears noting that more than one song uses mana later in the game beyond veloious, most notably the AAFading Memories which, if memory serves, is 500 mana a pop.

can't remember any others, all in velious.
