3D target ring missing

When I hit the button to turn on the target ring, it unclicks itself. Any thoughts?

Target rings were disabled for not being classic. This was actually a positive change because if a player was invisible, target rings allowed you to still see where the player was at a given moment so long as you're clicked on them (which is a problem for the pvp server and arguably also for blue). It also makes crowd control more challenging which is nice.

This was in the game for quite awhile until they removed it.. Was nice, but like Zereh said, it was not classic.
