Druid Cricle of ___ Spells

The Circle of Summer spell (Group cold resist) has the same CR as the single target Resist Cold. When using Aura of Heat from 10 Dose Greater Potion of Heat, Resist Cold will stack with the pot, but the Circle spell will overwrite BOTH single target CR and the pot CR if cast. Is this working as intended? Not sure if this problem also exists with the Fire Resist spells, but don't really feel like wasting clicks on my pot to test it. Thanks

There were tons of stacking issues with these spells on live. I remember Circle of Winter and Resist fire stacking all the way through Luclin lol.
