spells file outdated

hello, i cant seem to figure out how to update my spell file, i am new to project1999 and not much of a computer guy. any tips? i believe i installed everything right and changed what i was supposed too, but i am not 100% sure. thanks

I think the step that updates the spell file is probably the one that asks you to download the eqchangesv21.zip file, unzip it, and then overwrite the files in your current EQ folder.
