Low Quality Skins don't combine to make Poison Vials. They should work, any above ruined should work. Currently Medium Quality does, unknown if high quality does.

Which LQ don't work? I see recipes for all but LQ cat, which is correct.

-you were correct, not a bug. Chalk this one up to another EQ oddity.
