Sol Ro with PoH soon pwease

If and when PoHate is released can Sol Ro come with it. I am pretty sure they were seperate but I could be wrong. Shit was 12 years ago. All I remember about sol ro is the mid level armor quests. Throw us mid-gamers a freakin bone to chew on. PoHate is great and all but it's not like I'll be seeing that place anytime soon. Sol Ro and Kunark are the only things I look forward to atm. Thanks.

drop kunark the day after then open velious 2 weeks later with 70 people playing during off peak please and people quitting on the regular because server has major issues in sustaining interest another quality samwise post

rushing additional content = people on top pushing further from the people on the bottom = additional gear to balance resists with = less people in other zones = longer road for new players = fewer people willing to start = people pushing for early kunark release = continuation of same issues

Here's some things that aren't classic either but I think they were GREAT ideas but were implemented way late. Trans locators to fix broken boats, soul binders to allow a melees to travel for group without having to worry about having a 45 minute corpse run, newb armor quests, I could go on...

Sol Ro adds Quests (EverQuest has quests?) that allow you to get some decent mid tier armor that will last you into your 40s. How is this a bad thing?

I just hope that when hate is opened that sol ro is also available. I have always lagged behind an expansion or two as far as levels and gear and I am sure others do too. Just want more to do than just grind to 50.

If I was 14 again I wouldn't mind but I got a wife and kid and goto school full time. I got alot of poopsocking done during the xmas break but since school started back up, I've only done 4 levels. Some of us don't have the time and dedication to grind out 50 levels and raid. Asking for early Sol Ro, like I said, just gives alot of us something to do.

Nothing says classic like a bard in full Lambent armor yo.

You could look at it that way. You could realize that questing mid game is going to keep you from getting to end game even longer. That spending several hours per level is keeping people with responsibilities from getting to the end game. You could push for increased exp rates instead which would get more of the population playing together making the server feel more alive.


It seems from your posting history you would rather push for PvE development instead.

I loled around on the ez server the other day for shits and giggles. If only exp was even a fraction of the way it is on that server we would have real PVP / real population. Oh well. ITS CLASSIC HERE BOYS, lemme go put on my paladin fear armor real quick, check my mana #, charm some fire giants, spawn slaythe a few thousand times, bard kite the entire south karana, click my cleric mask while I chill in Paineel, god I don't even want to bother typing the 10,000 things that aren't fucking classic here.

I would have a greater since of accomplishment and a lot more fun getting a full set of quest armor than quad kiting for hours and getting a couple of dings. I actually enjoy quests over raiding

Wth that logic why should they release any content? Eq and pve go hand in hand. Let's not get to stupid. Bet if you are still playing when epics come out you wil be all over that shit too.

I'd just like the server to be attractive to new players before we worry about increasing the work load for the devs with things that don't need to be implemented yet. for instance fixing the problem of needing to have 7 days /played before hitting 50 then all the content in the world could be released because we would have a player base to support it

Heh...I found this amusing considering it was directed at Sam...not knocking ya mostbitter, but Sam is about as PvP oriented as you can get. ;)

Lauranthasala wasn't any better in her prime...

Sol Ro with Hate wouldn't be a bad idea, imo.
