Welcome our newest developer, Mixxit. He will be assisting with scripting (quests) and content/database.
Code
Rogean: Implimented the Tell Queue. Tells sent to players zoning will be queued for delivery when they are finished zoning. This system could also handle other channels such as ooc, guildchat, etc, but only tells are enabled for now.
Rogean: Disabled several background systems that we don't have a need for, such as the loading of aa's, tribute, task management, etc. This shouldn't cause any problems but let me know if anything is noticed.
Rogean: Server Backend changes for better sharing and management of server files.
Rogean: EXP Bonus disabled for real this time.
Haynar: Fixed Bard Instrument modifier not always sticking.
Haynar: Fixed Bard Songs not always sending buff to clients in group, when they should.
Haynar: Fixed Bard Songs stopping when sitting, causing spell bar to lock.
Haynar: Bard AE Dots will now apply instrument modifiers.
Haynar: Fixed applying of stored instrument modifier, so it will apply correctly while twisting songs that use different skills.
Haynar: Fixed Stacking of detrimental bard songs, which use same effect, but are played with different instruments.

Mixxit: Removed 'Master/Great One' text from pets that did not have a player owner.
Mixxit: Fixed a bug where Dread, Fright, Terror and a Dracholiche were not Death Touching a target on initial aggro. Also enabled the triggering of the Cazic Thule 30 second Deathtouch to anyone *currently* in the zone (if CT is up) by making use of a hidden controller NPC who could store an Aggro list.
Mixxit: The spectre nearest to the Plane of Fear gate in Feerrott will no longer attempt to path through walls now that his grid has been corrected.
Mixxit: Kubder Restona in Qeynos Catacombs will now correctly sell the Jr and Snr Bloodsabers Guild Robes after being found missing from the merchantlists.
Mixxit: Backend changes to Cazicthule's call for help mechanic.
