PSA: I will not rez for death loops due to YOUR stupidity

Starting March 6th 2012 at midnight i will no longer be offering pity rezzes for those of you too stupid to follow your body's cues and go to bed when you feel drowsy.

If you are tired, log out and go to bed. Don't go AFK or sit there and fall asleep then cry to me when you have 400 corpses and i'm being a "heartless bitch" who "Griefed you off of the server" because I won't rez them.

Don't leave your EQ account open at all. LOG ALL THE WAY OUT. I don't care if your 4 year old deleted your character or logged him in and drowned him 700 times. I'm not fixing it.

up until now i've always taken pity and given back like 1/3 of the xp but now that i've had basically the same thing happen to 3 people who know each other within the span of a week...it's obvious that people are just not respecting their body's cues and staff time.

This is a PVP server. You play with some real douchebags. Training is illegal but they still do it. they will root a mob on your bind point just to giggle while you die over and over.

And fyi - if i catch someone being a colossal douche by camping someone afk like this then i'll suspend you for a long time. and will enjoy it. :) I may also kill you a few times first just so you know what it's like to lose a bunch of unrecoverable XP.

Um, troriste trained and rooted freeport guards on me in arena for like 50 PVE deaths, will this griefer be punished? Hopefully we wont be seeing Troriste in game for a while.

I also read into the NPC issue that she wants you to med up/waste your time and kill afk people (but not 200 times...) not use NPC high damage pets to make your life easier while you grief.

If someone is playing within the rules then i'm not going to suspend them. i don't have proof of them using an NPC to do their dirty work (IE like when Darwoth trained Bilge or w/e mob over top of fallen's bind point and kept him snared on top of fallen..........

Troriste and Emumu can defend themselves, but how am I damaging the server exactly? I've certainly helped more than you. I report bugs and exploits when I see them, and since I'm anti-pk I haven't griefed any innocent players off of the server. I always say positive things about the server and the staff. Yeah I'm sure it's me driving people away and not the guild that prides itself on griefing because they have small penises to compensate for.

As for bind camping, I feel like this should be allowed so long as no other rules are broken in the process. I also think guides should intervene at their own discretion if it goes too far, but not by rezzing after the fact. Bind camping isn't just a tool for evil, it can also be a tool for good. For example, there was a player named Charms who was a notorious griefer on Secrets' box who also played here, and I bind camped him in lavastorm by mez-pushing him into lava a bunch of times when I saw he was afk. He de-leveled at least once. Now he doesn't play anymore, and we have one less griefer on the server. I think this is a positive thing.

The thing with ninja looting is, what is ninja looting, and what is PVP? If Guild A is dumb enough to leave items on raid mobs and we come in and PVP them out and take the loot is this ninja looting or the spoils of war? If an agreement is not made on loot or there is a dispute, who is right, who is wrong? Is need before greed the default loot policy? Is roll the default? What if someone wants something defaulted but is silent on something else, if item a is defaulted to player a should item b be defaulted to player b? Anything other than blatant ninja looting (everyone agrees roll on loot, player loses and ninjas) seems incredibly grey area to me and likely to just result in a waste of GM resources.
