Happens when you are getting packet loss. Try running a cord to your router instead of a wireless connection, fixed it for me a long time ago.

I am using the cord....but i see im also getting a light that goes from solid to blinking on my modem....all my end i think...fuck you cablevision

doesn't always mean its your connection, some zones are terribly laggy and makes this happen
